SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

Packages are usually dispatched within 8 working days after receipt of payment and sent via DHL with tracking of delivery. For customers residing in areas considered by the courier as inconvenient, the shipment will be made with Poste Italiane and the same will still be traceable. Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs.

The transport costs correspond to:

- € 6.90 for orders up to a maximum of € 50.00

- € 10.00 for orders from € 50.00 to € 150.00

- FREE over € 150.00! Save by buying more products!

Your package will be sent under your responsibility as stated in art. 1510 c.c., but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.

Delivery times throughout Italy are up to 8 working days.

KINDLY ASKS TO HIS CLIENT TO ACCEPT THE GOODS FROM THE COURIER ALWAYS WRITING THE WORDING "APPROVED PACKAGE ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE" IF THE PACKAGE IS INTACT OR "NON-INTACT PACKAGE IS ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE" IF THE PACKAGE IS NOT INTACT. WE ASK YOU TO WRITE THIS WORDING EVEN WHEN THE PACKAGE IS INTACT AND MARKED WITH OUR RIBBON AS EVEN AN EXTREMELY INTACT OUTDOOR PACKAGE MAY HAVE DAMAGE INSIDE ITS OWN. WE ASK THE ABOVE TO PROTECT YOU IN CASE OF DISSERVICE OF THE COURIER. IF AS ABOVE  IS NOT DONE, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LACKS, BECAUSE OUR COURIERS COMPESATE THE DAMAGE ONLY  WHEN THE ABOVE WORDING IS WRITTEN AT THE TIME OF THE WITHDRAWAL (ALSO NOTIFY THE PEOPLE WHO WILL PICK UP THE GOODS FOR YOU !!!) . IN CASE OF DAMAGED GOODS OR ARTICLES MISSING IN THE PACKAGE THE CUSTOMER MUST PROMPTLY SEND AN EMAIL FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF OUR WEBSITE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT TELEPHONE NOTICES. THIS E-MAIL MUST CONTAIN ORDER NUMBER,  CUSTOMER NAME AND SURNAME. EVERYTHING WITHIN AND NOT MORE THAN 48 HOURS AFTER THE DELIVERY HAS COME. WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED  E-MAIL S OF CLAIM THAT ARRIVES AFTER THE EXPECTED TIMES, DHL IS NO LONGER RSPONSIBLE OVER 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY THEREFORE NO DAMAGE FROM TRANSPORT OR LACK IN THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUNDED .

pay close attention to your privacy and confidentiality. Below is some information on shipping methods.

The personal data of the customers are kept in the terms indicated by the law on privacy at the server of the provider for the provision of services offered to registered users and at the company computer system for accounting. They are also communicated to the shipping service (limited to name, surname and address) for delivery.

Outside of these cases, our customers' data will never be disclosed to third parties, either individually or collectively.

We will never release our customer e-mail lists.

You will never be contacted by us except during the execution of the order and for reasons strictly related to the purchase made.

You will never receive advertising from us, nor purchase reminders, nor product update emails unless specifically requested, by subscribing to our newsletter.

The sales document contains the fiscally obligatory data, but is placed inside the package, so nobody can know its content. Shipments are made with transport services (express courier) that do not require an external delivery note and therefore the contents remain unknown even to those who deliver the goods.

The goods are packaged in a box with a DHL envelope and scotch with a guarantee seal.

CHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

EXCHANGE

In the event that the goods purchased were found to be inadequate, the customer has the right to replace his purchases within the period of 14 days from the date of receipt, on condition that the returned goods are new, clean etc. and that they are accompanied by the label and from the original case.

The goods, protected against damage, must be sent to the address:

The goods must be sent in a rigid box, because, if sent in an envelope, they can be damaged.

To dispatch is necessary to enclose:

1. the identification of the purchase, or the invoice / purchase document obtained with the order,

2. an indication of the reason for the return (shipping error, defective item, right of withdrawal).

 

If the desired item is not available from Dacatè srl, it cannot be replaced. In this case, the customer can choose a different item, or request a refund. If the requested item in return should be more expensive than the returned item, Dacatè srl will inform the customer of the difference to pay.

 

We recommend to pay the utmost attention to the protection and packaging of the goods to be returned.

 

RETURN

We guarantee to our Customers the possibility to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, on condition that the returned goods are new, clean etc. and that they are accompanied by the original label and case.

Returns from companies will not be accepted (Purchases with invoice).

The shipping costs for returned goods are charged to the Customer.

Likewise, we inform you that no cash on delivery returns will be accepted by us.

After receiving the returned goods, Dacatè srl will send the amount due to the Customer within 8 working days.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (ex .: accessories, software attachments, etc ...); the right does not apply to sealed products once opened; the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, display protection films, warranty stamp on spare parts intact, etc ...); to limit damage to the original packaging, according to law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer. The aforementioned company will reserve the right to act legally against any form or intention of fraud, against threats when the aforementioned conditions are not met, or against threats for extortion.

Complaints regarding damage / factory defects, after more than 10 days from the date of purchase, will be considered positive only if they are accompanied by the original invoice.

Complaints regarding damage occurred during transport will be considered only on the basis of a dispute protocol filled in the presence of the bearer of the goods (postman or courier appointee).

 

We recommend to pay the utmost attention to the protection and packaging of the goods to be returned.
